| The Partnership Committee builds relationships with businesses and organizations within the neighborhood and across the city to promote diversity and collaboration. Our partnerships are organic, built on mutual neighbor-to-neighbor relationships, services given and received, community good will, personal respect, and professional liaisons. |

| Our Village partners support the Village in a variety of tangible and intangible ways: through shared expertise; shared love of Mount Pleasant; space, food, refreshments, and equipment for events; pro-bono services; presentations, training, demonstrations; and volunteer opportunities for Villagers. The partnerships also foster and demonstrate a continuous commitment to diversity. The Village defines diversity to include race, ethnicity, cultural background, economic status, orientation and gender identity/expression. |
