Part Two of this two part series will address the levels of care available if staying in your home is no longer desired, safe, or feasible for whatever reason. Care communities offer different levels of care and range in eligibility and cost.  The terms for levels of care will be defined for “active adult community,” “independent living,” “assisted living,” "continuous care community," skilled nursing facilities and others. This session will provide information and resources before it is time to move.
